0v19 startup errors

does anyone else get this message?

"Failed to open waveform input device - the specified device is already in use. Wait until it is free and then try again"

there is nothing else using my sound card at the time at all. I have a Sound Blaster Live! on Win XP.

I dont recall any new sound issues other than the occasional 'no sound detected' popup during startup.
Have you tried starting R4 w/NO sound and then playing sound and have your tried 0v19 or 1v00?
