R2-Network-Stuff

I've made this program to control R2 over a network allmoste a year ago, it's not complete and i currently don't have the time finish it due school.

Functions currently supported are:
- Changing scenes
- Showing Text (2 ways, time can be varried)
- ON/OFF Strobo
- Small build-in telnet prog
- Easy-and-R2-lookin-transparent-windows-that-slowdown-xp
- Crappy vb-code

Things to come:
- Upload and select textures
