r2 doesn't like Logitech On Screen Key Effects

Well since acquiring that nVidia card I thought I would check out the Logitech keyboard issue.

And sure enough NO PROBLEMS... Other than a (few millisecond pause) NOTHING like the redraw (halting) issues caused w/the ATi card the On Screen Display works flawless while running R2/4.

So yet another OpenGL issue that nVidia integrates seamless and Ati is quirky.
