I've installed R4 1.12 to test the vidcap feauture using my ATI graphics card (ATI 9600). So I realized that vidcap isn't working with the video-in of my ATI card.
Then I used a simple TV Capture Card (PCI, Philipps Tuner). It worked, but the resolution of the video-in is very bad (320x240). The card is able to view the video-in using a resolution of 720x576. Is there a config file in which I can set the resolution R4 will use for the video input?

btw - it was me posting the last message... something must have gone wrong while posting it....

at the moment there isn't anything in r4 to let you set the video resolution. i'd suggest trying to run a video capture program before r4, and set the resolution in there - that may work.

Hmm.... R4 keeps settings like that it should use the composite input and the PAL-B format. But the resolution seems not to be saved.

Another question, too:
has anyone got the video input of the ATI graphics card working?
