First off.. classy job you've done with this visualization.. it's excellent.

I just installed a new Dell 30" LCD display. capable of displaying 2560x1600 resolution.. unfortunately your software doesn't support it, but given my framerates on the 7800GTX I own (always >150 on "uncapped" mode), it seems time to add that mode.. is that a possibility?

Additionally.. I'm assuming there's no way to "dock" or "attach" to the native visualization window within WinAmp because of the need to create a separate app, or am I fundamentally missing something, as it'd be nice to integrate this within the actual WinAmp package.

if I understood you right:
i guess, you don't have to use the standalone-version of R4. there's a winamp-plugin version as well.
the file's called "vis_r4.dll" should be in the winamp/plugins directory...
so you can start it the same way as other vis plugins for winamp.

I think he means he want R4 in the standard visualisation window from winamp. As far is I know is this not possible, or am i the stupid one here?

About the resolution:
You can get an resolution up to 2048*1536 by using the following settings:
in screen settings set your monitor to "user defined"
Then go to "fullscreen placement" en set your resolution there (left 0, top 0, width 2048, height 1536. Maybe that will help?
