Announce With Set Scene.

Anyone game to create a announce that also calls a particular scene, Ie the R4 static scene with just a stationary logo, so when run it first changes the scene to a stationary scene, runs the text accross the screen, then forces any random scene, and reverts R4 back to shuffle mode.

This would be good for those that have good, but not brilliant PCs that run R4 great, but but have a little trouble keeping scrolling text, scrolling smooth enough to read it. The idea is that R4 would not be busy with a moving scene while running the announce, then resetting the scenes to random right afterward.
