Every Time I Run R4 With VidCap On I Get This
What Dose This Mean.

At the moment R4 only uses the first available video capture device. Hopefully soon this will change though.
R4 is probably using the ATI card, so for the time being you'd need to either connect something to its video input instead, or go into the hardware settings in windows and disable the ATI card's video input.
