Text of announcement displays in R4 with international charset.
Question: will it be possible to write announcements in the native language of user? for me (russian) in charset 1251 ? cyrrilic is not displayed correctly.

u have to build your own charmap in a png file i look in data/tex/ui there are two files, font_a.png and font_c.png....
